Your questions before coming

Do I need a prescription?
For hearing aids, yes: they are fitted on prescription from an ENT specialist or your doctor, and the prescription is needed for any reimbursement. You can come for a hearing test before seeing the doctor.
What is 100% Santé?
A selection of class I hearing aids with no out-of-pocket cost if your top-up insurance contract is responsible, which is the case for most of them. We always include one in your quote, next to the class II options.
Can I try hearing aids before buying them?
Yes. You wear them in your daily life for several weeks, we adjust them along the way, and you decide at the end.
Is the follow-up paid separately?
No. Check-ups and adjustments are part of the fitting and are shown on your quote. Batteries and small accessories are the only things you buy afterwards.
How long does it take to get used to hearing aids?
Every person is different. The first days, everyday sounds can seem loud: that is why we adjust the settings step by step during the trial.
Can a close one come with me?
We recommend it. A close one notices situations you no longer notice, and a familiar voice helps us set the hearing aids.
